In the middle of July, I will be attending Dave Matthews Band Caravan, and in serious need of three different outfits that can beat the heat while keeping me completely stylish. Now, what kind of Chicagoan would I be if I only needed three days of ensembles for outdoor music festivals? Not a very good one. This city's festivals are epic and occurring every weekend through September. Therefore, I'll be sure to make nine items work for five completely different looks through some mixing, matching, and minor adjustments.

Look #3 courtesy of Old Navy - White Gauze shirt (buy a size up), fedora, and platform sandals...with the neon shorts and leather cuff.
Look #4 courtesy of already purchased - halter dress, gauze top (unbuttoned), belt, thongs, fedora, and leather cuff.
Look #5 courtesy of already purchased - halter dress, belt (belt it at the waist and pull up the dress from the belt to give more volume on the top and shorten the dress), neon shorts, leather cuff, fedora, and platforms.
Ta Da! Five amazingly on trend, reasonably priced, and mix 'n' match certified pieces! Let's not mention how amazing each of these pieces will look with what's already in your closet. Don't forget to incorporate your favorite sunnies and start jammin' in the sun!
