When creating my resolutions, I decided that it would be helpful to make plans for what I wanted more of rather than what I needed to get rid of. It's a little mind trick that can make us feel good about the changes we are making without feeling any loss for what we're giving up.

MORE phone calls to friends & family
MORE savings in the bank
MORE patience
